Step 1 — Prep Your Skin
Wash your face with warm water and leave your skin slightly damp. You can also take a hot shower beforehand — the steam naturally opens up your pores!
Step 2 — Choose Your Level
Start on the lowest suction level, especially if it's your first time. You can always go higher once your skin gets used to it.
Step 3 — Glide, Don't Hold
Keep the device moving in small circular motions. Never hold it in one spot for more than 2-3 seconds or it can cause redness.
Step 4 — Target Problem Areas
Focus on your nose, chin, and forehead — the T-zone is where blackheads are most common.
Step 5 — Clean & Moisturize
Rinse your face with cold water to close your pores. Apply a light moisturizer or toner to soothe your skin after.
